Is it still risky

Last week i had sex with a sex worker, but protected. I thought it was very protected bcd i used condom, i even held my penis base so mu penis wont go any further or touching my uncovered penis. Yesterday, my groin area was itching and so were both of my arms, and today my face itches so bad, feels like dry skin. I actually kept my condom in my wallet, which makes the condom less protective, from what i read in the internet. I don't  have any idea about whats happenin. Is it HIV?

Only the head needs protection from HIV so you are so safe that you don't need to test.
You might have something else that your doctor can diagnose for you but it isn't HIV.

What about the microscopic damage to the condom by keeping it in the wallet? Does that make the infection possible? My face is also reddish, itchy and slightly painful which is very annoying.   I'm so sorry about these questions but i'm kinda scared right now.
Micro tears are a myth. If a condom fails, it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters so both people would notice it.
One more thing. So the itches on my face, arms, and groin has nothing to do with HIV? Or should i keep my eye on another symptoms? Or is it absolutely zero risk and nothing to worry about?
