Is my test conclusive

My partner and I went for Hiv  testing, she tested positive and I tested negative. I got panicked and sort for PEP at 4.5 days post exposure. At 11 days tested negative from DNA PCR test and my doctor advised me to stop PEP. After 18 days post pep stopping tested again negative from another PCR test. I know I should get tested at 6 and 12 weeks after PEP. Are my tests accurate?

The test you took is highly accurate, and it is unlikely that you have HIV.  You can go ahead and test again at later dates, but those tests will be mostly for peace of mind.
