Is the hiv test same for men and women?

Wondering if the HIV antibody/antigen 4th generation test is the same test for both genders? What I mean is, when the result is given with the number value, usually less than 1 is negative but is that number value range the same for both males and females? Like would less then 1 be negative for BOTH genders? I know some tests like haemoglobin, RBC and WBC have different value ranges for male and female, so is it the same for the HIV test too?
My test said a value and then it said negative. But I want to know if it’s the same range used for both male and females. I am a female. I just want to make sure the lab gave me the correct test but I am in a foreign country and I can’t really get the lab to understand me when I called and ask. So kindly help. My risk unprotected vagina sex.

An HIV test does not pertain to one's gender. There are not tests for males verses females.  If you got a negative, you are negative. What was your risk?

I’m sorry I really don’t understand your response. What does pertain mean? Are the values any different if you are a female? I had unprotected sex and tested after 14 weeks.
That the same test is used for males and females with no difference.  Negative is negative and positive is positive. If you got a negative, it doesn't matter if you are male or female. Being male or female doesn't alter the results or have a different range.  You tested negative, you are negative.  Hope that is understood now.
