Is this ARS Rash

I had a condom breakage for < 5 seconds about 6 weeks back. For the last couple of weeks i.e. around 4 weeks after exposure, I developed some rash on both my cheeks. It sometimes looks worse (especially after I take shower etc.) and sometimes its not even noticieable. the strange thing is that this rash is limited to my cheeks, specifically under my eyes only. I still dont have any FEVER (not a single day in these 6 weeks).

My questions are:

1. Is this ARS rash?
2. Does ARS rash comes by itself or there is usally fever with it?
3. Is ARS rash limited to one part of body i.e. face itself or does it usually cover multiple parts of body?

Appreciate your replies on this. Thanks

look man you are reading into this to much
did you know stress can cause this did you know things in the enviroment can cause this
i could list 5000 different things it still wont ease your mind your chances of having hiv is almost nil best thing to do is test 6 weeks after exposure then you will be in the 95 percent range you dont have hiv then follow with a test at 3 months post exposure

in ars 97 percent experience a fever or rash but symptoms can be so mild it goes unnoticed

So i am confused, are you guys saying that what I have/had could be ARS realted or not. Again, please let me know the answers to these 2 questions:

does ARS rash come with fever?
Can it be limited to one area only such as face (on cheeks, under eyes) in my case or is it widespread?

Thanks
