Is this ARS after protected sex with sex worker?

4 days ago I had protected vaginal sex with a sex worker. She put the condom on my penis with her mouth and then we had sex for a couple minutes. I noticed after I ejactulated into the condom and pulled out that the condom was very lose on me. It covered my head and most of the shaft but it was very lose. I had a 5 day old cut on the head of my penis from a zipper incident and it was mostly healed up by the time of the encounter.

Fast forward 4 days. I woke up this morning with a moderate 101 fever, body aches, vomiting, swollen painful nodes in my arm pits and neck with other flu like symptoms. Should I be concerned this is ars symptoms and get tested or is this just a coincidence?
