No risk. If it were this easy to get HIV, everyone in the world would have it by now.
Blood, once exposed to the environment (outside of a body or outside of a vacuum-sealed syringe), it is no longer infectious. Any blood that could have been on there was no longer infectious. NO ONE has been infected with HIV in anything resembling a similar manner.
Don't have unprotected, penetrative sex with someone of unknown HIV status, and don't share intravenous drug needles, and you will never have to worry about HIV.
