Is this normal scary ars? Thanks for whoever answers.

I met this questionable person on craigslist.

Anyway, I USED A CONDOM(just incase i used it wrong, can you answer the summary at the bottom)

, and had sex for 2 or less minutes(premature ejaculation).  3 weeks later I had a cold and felt a little ill for 2-3 days, I then felt better after resting during that time,  a day or 2 later, I developed this rash, it was skin colored but raised like tiny bumps that were on my forearm, inner thigh,  and mostly stomach. They were hard to see unless I was in light. After seeing the rash, I had hiv rapid test at 3 weeks and it was negative. The rash last about 5 days(it didnt itch). I then sort of panicked and got another hiv finger prick rapid test at 4 weeks and 2 days, it was negative.

Now,  4 days after that, I been having these wrist, ankle and random spots of my neck randomly pain.  I'm scared to death, also randomly felt twice my lower back have a needle like pain.  I am not sure what to make of it, because given I been walking far to school in the very cold winter during these weeks and before my wrist pain and back pain started, I started a new job that requires labor, and also been shoveling snow alot without too much clothes.  The timing is terrible and reading online is scary.

1. Does this sound like typical ars rash and symptoms?
2. Does a condom and 4 weeks negative rapid finger prick test likely to change to terrible?
HELP, worried to death. Likely hoods? Thanks so much.

Was sick for 2 days. Didn't notice fever then day after rash as I described. Thought my hiv test at 4 weeks would determine if the rash was hiv. I used condom but symptoms and scary stuff online :/. Maybe I used it wrong......  Please further educate me. Would 4 weeks pick up my are if I had it? Thanks lots.

1. Ars rashes are generalized rashes over your wholebody comes with fever. 10-20 days post exposure.

2. Rapid test at 4 weeks is not considered conclusive but a combo hiv ag/ ab test is conclusive at 4 weeks. As far as risk is concerned as long as you had a condom you should be fine.
