Is this seroconversion illness.? Please I need help

Between Feb 28th and March 11th had multiple unprotected encounters of oral receptive sex from females. I am heterosexual man. Beginning March 12th began to experience symptoms of nausea vomiting, neuropathy, fevers, and joint pain. Nothing has subsided after being told that I had Gastroenteritis and I would be ok. I still have diziness, muscle pain, neuropathy etc etc. The worse part is my cbc indicates low lymphocytes but neutrophils are normal. Wbc are not unnormally high but I noticed they raised about 2 points since my last test over a month ago where my lymphocytes we're in normal range. Also the globulin counts were not normal. One low and one high. I need some direction please. Sometimes I feel like I'm just going to pass out. This thing is in control and has a behavior of it's own. I'm just a subject being tormented. Any information that would be helful would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Oral is not a risk for HIV so you need to work with your doctor if you feel there is a health issue - but it can't be HIV. Likely the Gastroenteritis is still your problem.

Just like that. It's that simple. Well I hope to God you're right because I have felt bad for 8 days now.
It really is that simple.  You had no risk for HIV, so your symptoms cannot be seroconversion symptoms. No one has ever contracted HIV from receiving oral sex.
I can't help but to be scared because I know this is unusual. Just validating a no worry is not sufficient. I read experts who vary on opinions. I'm starting to have mouth ulcers and just need someone to talk to to elaborate. It doesn't seem that simple. Some say that if the person had a high viral load it presents a possibility of being infected orally. I'm just scared. Sorry to worry you
It is not necessary for you to believe that you can have mouth ulcers but not have HIV for it to be true.

Talk to your doctor or a therapist to help you accept the science because you have no medical training and need to accept that it is unrealistic for you to think that you can diagnose HIV disease just from Googling.
Very well. I pray that you're right. I really do.
As advised, this is a no-risk situation for HIV.  There isn't anything more our members can say since you didn't contract HIV from this event.
