I've been tested, waiting on results, can I be positive?

I may have been exposed to hiv via hiv positive undetectable blood from cut in skin onto my tongue on March 19. Blood may or may not have hit the air before hitting my tongue. Had no real symptoms that relate to hiv but wondering if my risk was a possible exposure. I had sWollen tonsils two days after possible exposure, The lymph nodes on the back of my head were swollen seven weeks out along with some numbness with my face when sitting a certain way in bed and on and off night sweats. Are these symptoms? I'm just trying to prepare My mind for the results.

No those are not HIV symptoms, because you had no exposure and wasted your time testing. You will get a negative test because you have no chance of HIV.

You need deep gaping wounds with the virus thrust deep inside (to even get a theoretical possibility of transmission) and your tongue isn't big enough for a deep wound. Self diagnosis is highly inaccurate as you have proven.
HIV is also inactivated in air and also in saliva which are 2 other reasons you can't get in in your tongue  -- no one in 40 year HIV history got it from oral sex or kissing because of those reasons.
