Just need a littlp help please

I know my exposure was not high (unprotected oral and protected vaginal, all in the span of 5-7mins)
This exposure was on dec 5th 2007... 1 year and a month ago

Recently for like a week and a half Ive gotten a little rash on my right and left arm... On the right arm it's like 3-4 spots in a circle

On the left arm it's like red spots... Kind of a poison ivy rash but not that serious... Theirs no itch or bumps or blisters

Through out the whole winter I haven't got sick once... I have no fever... I don't have fatigue

No other symptoms just a little upset stomach from time to time

1.I just want to know does this sound like the HIV rash or hiv symptoms

2. Is it to late for these symptoms to show up

3. Is the HIV rash always associated with fever and fatigue

Thank you

On the left arm it's these little red spots kind of like a pouson
