Kidney pain ,itchy feet Ars pleaseee help

I had sex with no protection with a man for a minute 10 weeks ago. The next day I felt unpleasant irritation inside my vagina. This didn't really go away. I think I had a mild sore throat 3 weeks later . Don't think I had a fever or any rash. About 4 weeks ago I started to get pain in my kidneys and burning outside of my vagina. Two weeks ago funny taste in mouth and urine had white bits. Sometimes I passed little urine and had to drink a lot more. Sometimes it was clear but had a sharp smell, not awful but I noticed. My kidney pain now isn't as acute. I also had 2 ulcers on my tongue. I do get ulcers . About 2 weeks ago I also had itchy red soles and my hands felt slightly itchy too. I also had three purple pinprick spots on my wrist and a red spot about half cm on my thigh, which bruised slightly. Please someone help. I'm so worried . Could this be ARS HIV ? I am going crazy with worry.

Thank you for your kind reply Lizzie Lou. Could I just ask two more questions? My first one is I forgot to mention I also had little vesicles on my chin and two tiny blisters on my hand. Does that change anything? The other question was if someone had an itchy scalp with three or four red spots and a mild sore throat , would this sound like ars?
Thank you for your help

not indicative of ARS but the only way to know your status is by testing.

3 months is conclusive
