How reliable or accurate a HIV test if its done in a hospital lab? How many times do they test the blood? Can a person trust the results? The kind of tests that takes a few days to wait on.

yes any test done 3 months post exposure is conclusive.
My test results were non-reactive.

As long as they adhere to the standard. The result will be accurate. Do not be paranoid. Trust your result when you get it.
