Lap Dance HIV or STD

Here is my story, I went to Strip clubs few times till 1st week of April and had lap dance with topless stripers, few times I wet my pants (I was always with my underwear, pant and Tshirt), how are the chances of getting HIV from all these incidents if girl has also wet her G strings and her vaginal fluid has passed thru my pants and underwear and reached my penis.

I am experience sometimes uncontrolled finger moments (approx 1 week after last visit), strange tickling sensations in my muscles, sometime slight muscle pain, all of sudden few red itching patches on skin which goes off after 30-60 mins, sometimes pain in my keens. Requesting you to please advise, is these incidents can cause HIV or STD ?

You never had an exposure. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
