Late stage

I took a HIV rapid test last week I was 15 when I had an exposure now I'm 21 so it was neg but the nurse said it don't  show in late stages im worried now and I have a white tongue

It doesn't matter when you take your test after three months once postive all your tests will be positive.

If you haven't had unprotected sex 3 months before your test then you are conclusively negative.

Ok no I haven't but do you understand what she ment by I won't show positive if I'm in the late stage of HIV and does it matter that I waited six years do I need a different type of test for hiv

Ok and I took home acess HIV1 test at 3 months people on here always seem to be worried about the generation mine was only second generation does that play a different role in the 3 month window

No that does not make a difference that you took a Home Access. It states right on the paper work 3 months.
