Licking vaginal fluid with a wounded mouth :|

Dear Doctors and experts,
I really your help with this!
About a week ago, I went to a naked massage session in Vietnam. The girl offered me blowjob but I declined then she ended up giving me a handjob with Johnson baby massage oil on my penis. In the mean time, I tried to penentrate her vagina with my finger but she stopped me when my finger start touching the entrance of her vagina (hymen area, she isn't a virgin) then I stopped and widthral my finger; then I rubbed the finger with my thumb for 1-2 seconds right after that and i felt some greasy substance (not runny fluid) on the tip of my finger; then I stupidly lick the greasy substance with the tip of my tougue but couldn't notice any anything then i did NOT spit that out so it stayed in my mouth. At that time, i had a wound in my mouth which made by crab shell while eating crabs 6 hours before that and not sure if the wound was bleeding or not at the time i licked my finger, my mouth was quite dry when i licked the finger, might not have enough saliva to kill HIV virus on my finger. About 5 minutes later I used the same finger to pop an acne on my back and it was bleeding. She was also licking and biting my nibble at the same time, after that i checked and couldn't see and injury on my nipple. My questions are:
1. What is the risk of getting HIV through the wound in my mouth if it was bleeding at that time?
2. What is the risk of using the same finger to pop my acne and it was bleeding?
3. Would small scratches on the nipple that i couldn't see are the door hiv virus in her saliva enter my body when she licked my nipple?
I'm so scared of getting infected, i think I won't have sex or being intimated with any one anytime soon! Please help me!!!
Thanks

Only sex risks for an adult are penetrating anal or vaginal without a condom, which you didn't do. Your activities had zero risk for HIV no matter what circumstances you did or can think of you had no penetrating vaginal so no HIV disease..

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also inactivated in saliva which are 2 different reasons no one in 40 year HIV history got it from oral, and you had inactivated virus on your finger anyway so that is a third. Inactivated means can't infect. Everything you did is classified as air contact with an inactivated virus.
Relax and get back to your normal life.
