Likelihood of this scenario

What is the hiv risk if the condom breaks while removing it from the shaft after sex?What if you had symptoms like cold, sweats, oral dryness, etc, but a negative oraquick test at 3 months?

Likelihood of getting HIV is zero.  HIV transmission happens inside the body - when a penis is inside a vagina or anus unprotected.  Whatever happens outside the body, including the scenario you described, isn't a risk.

its not a risk.  symptoms are not used to diagnose HIV, and they don't last that long,  or come on so late. your negative test proves that.  you have anxiety or something else completely unrelated to HIV.
