Logic and explanation for finger prick tests

Dear All,
I have been reading and researching alot and came up with a valid logic:
1. Researcher say that Hiv is a fragile virus and is dead immidiately when exposed to air and light.

my concerns are as follows for AG/AB finger prick test:

for Finger prick Ag/AB tests i have concerns how the tests are conducted:

1. lab assistant just picks the needle on to the finger
2. Lab assistant then places the pin on the table (during this time blood drops are exposed to air and are hanging on the finger)
3. Then lab assistant collects the blood drops (i.e., which are already exposed to air and light ) in a tiny glass tube
4. Then test is performed

my question: is this correct because blood is already exposed to air and light during the procedure?
Thanks

Have you been able to work with a doctor or psychologist regarding anxiety? This would be so important for you because clearly your thoughts and anxiety and ocd have you stuck. We told you very patiently and clearly that you had no risk from your exposure. We told you that you didn't even need to test. We told you that the tests you already got were conclusively negative (as you didn't have a risk but even if you did, you tested and the test is accurate). That you still ruminate and go on and on and on tells us that you are not doing anything about your mental health. Our answers haven't and will not change. So, let's cut to the chase, get help for your anxiety.  When you start wondering about tests being inaccurate because of how they are done with everyone who uses that type of test? We're going into an even deep end. Get help for mental health. We won't answer anymore questions for you here.
