Losing Weight Hiv Symptoms

I have a question regarding to my symptoms. I've frequent CSW on a weekly basis.
The last time I did testing was on Dec 5th 2017 with a 3rd generation test and follow up with a 4th generation test and all came back negative.
Recently, I've been losing a lot of weight from 195lbs down to 175lbs in a matter of 2-3 months and this week, I've a nasty cold and swollen lymph nodes.
Most of my encounters are protected oral and vaginal except for 2 times which I received and gave unprotected oral. Do you think I need to do some testing?

Do weight loss usually occurs during the beginning of the infection or later on?

I just came back from the Doctor for my cold symptoms and weight lost and he requested that I go redo some STD testing to be sure.

I know I protected myself from my encounters but
anyhow I made an appointment today for std screening just for peace of mind

There is an std forum for std info.
thanks, went to do a rapid test came back negative, now waiting for the 4th generation test to come back
Both tests were an a waste of time and money if you reread the advice.

Oral is zero risk and you can't get HIV when you used a condom. No need to test.
You interact with others who carelessly cough their germs on your lips, food and door knobs so cold and associated lymph node are to be expected. It is unlikely that you know how to check your lymph unless you have medical training.
See doc for your sudden weight loss issue.
