Made a stupid decision...please help

All,

Good morning...So about 12 days ago I had unprotected sex with a coworker...I know stupid...I have never done this before but we got to flirting and it happened...quickly but it happened.  She is bi-sexual and has a girlfriend she sees but no other guys.  I have only had sex with her in the past year and have had a test prior.

12 days after my skin itches over my entire body.  Head, legs, arms, chest.  If I scratch it then little red rasied welts appear. If I leave it be no welts appear but it still itches (this started about 10 days after sex).  I dont have any other issues as I see it.  I asked her and she emphatically said she has never had an STD and she doesn't have HIV.

I believe that my itchy skin is stress related but I wanted to ask.  I never put myself in these situations and I am stressing out because I did this time.  I know I need a test at the 90 day point but I was just curious if this constant itchy skin could be anything related to HIV.

I really appreciate all your time....Thank you

I should note one of the rashes get somewhat itchy at times, and they both flare up and get more red after intense exercise in case that makes a difference..

Hey LIZZIE LOU, I had a HIV DUO test done 6 weeks after unprotected vaginal sex with a female of unknown status in south east Asia. I tested negative, however at 8 weeks post exposure I have 2 red rashes on my ribs that get even more red after intense exercise. Is it possibly a sign of HIV or ARS? It's been 4 days since it first appeared

Unprotected penetrative sex requires testing. HIV cannot be diagnosed by symptoms.
You know the drill !
