Real risk ? Real symptoms ? Help

Condom Protected oral and vaginal insertive. Not sure condom was great quality.  Seems like slipped some. Maybe wasn’t fully erect all times so maybe some looseness. But on whole time as I removed it at end.  At strip club.  Provided by stripper. Lasted less than a minute.

Deep kissing as well

Hiv risk ?  Other risk?

Symptoms

Main was nasal and throat congestion.
Lead to sinus headache
No fever that I know of or rash
But swollen nodes - scratchy throat

Also only true confi test now is gen 3. 34 days out. Is it worth doing ?

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. This HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk. Because of all the research statistics, doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.
If condom fails it is a large rip down the seam that both people notice, so your fears of `low quality`are irrelevant when it did not fail.
All of your "symptoms" are self diagnosed and some might be in your imagination from fear, so it is a waste of your time trying to claim a non-event with a condom caused them, therefore you would need to see a doc for a diagnosis. You likely do not know what lymph do since you do not have medical training - so shouldn`t be poking and irritating them, then claim you have discovered something.

Only way "looseness" would be a risk is if the condom was so loose that it fell off, since nothing can get under the ring which holds it on your penis. Only the head of your penis requires protection.
Did my comment post?
Agree. And thank you.  I think I knew enough to know that is was not a risk. But I got feeling bad at the wrong time which made me very anxious.  Even had a few night were I woke up in Terri and was sweaty which filed it more and now I am afraid of sleeping in that I might sweat which would make me fear more. I also feel like a horrible human being.  Thank you.
Also. It slipped but did not fall off. That is ok then right
Tip of the penis has to be protected, even if your condom was loose there is no way infected fluid could miraculously crawl up to your urethral orifice.

Your concern is clearly anxiety driven, it starts from the point where you decide to assume that stripper was HIV positive. This is classic HIV scare either due to the fear of the disease or guilt of something or both.

Please see a therapist if you aren't able to overcome this. You had no risk and do not need to test.
Thank you. I am indeed struggling.  Your post helped.

It is all the above
Religious - behavior against beliefs.  I feel like a very bad person who deserves bad
Family - never in 30 years did something  remotely bad
Circumstance- will lose family - actually.
No one to talk to about this
Fear of this disease because it would be 100 percent my fault - - fear I should have used pep as additional belts an suspenders.

And can’t get feeling good. Insomnia.  Feelings that glands are swollen with pains coming and going - a few light night sweats.  And so tired - mind racing.  I am seeing someone. Not helping too much. Adding another.

I agree with comments but struggling.  Thanks again. I want to go back to my Jason life and be happy.  I am trying. This is a helpful service
Happy life. Typo
HIV is a disease. None of the things you listed in the posts today have anything to do with disease, so they are irrational - you are wasting your life in agony.
See a therapist if you can't stop thinking like this, because your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue at this point. No one here can cure your irrational anxiety but a therapist might be able to.
