Massage Parlor Experience

Hello,
I recently had a massage at an Asian massage parlor.  I was naked during the massage and during the massage the masseuse massaged my penis and testicles.  I had a sore on my forehead and a sore toe also.  She did not touch my forehead but may have touched my toe.  I am concerned I may be at risk for HIV infection.  Please help.
Thank you

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( hands, body fluids, sweat etc.). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either. You can do what you did any time and be safe.
hiv is fragile in air and saliva, unlike Covid so you are worrying about the wrong disease for the encounter you had.

HIV is spread in known and specific ways. The risks of HIV transmission are having unprotected vaginal or anal sex with penetration or sharing IV drug needles you inject.  You can not touch someone or something and get HIV nor can they touch you and give it to you. Even if you have a sore. Once exposed to air, the virus is inactivated.  So, your fear of transmission through someone touching your sore on your toe (or forehead) would not be a way the virus is transmitted. You do not need to worry at all about this.

Three days after the massage and handjob I had a physical which showed trace amounts of blood and protein in my urine and the presence of immature granulocytes in my blood.  Immature granulocytes occur as an early-stage response to an infection.  I can only conclude that I was infected by something at the massage parlor.  It has been 11 days and I have no other symptoms.  Any idea what kind of infection would cause trace amounts of blood and protein in the urine?

Hiv is not a concern for the reasons already stated.  You have to have a risk of getting HIV to get it and you did not.  Your experience and your lab work have nothing to do with HIV.
Thank you.  Do you think it could be an STD other than HIV?
No, you wouldn't get an STD from this experience either.  A sore on your forehead and a sore on your toe touched by a person will NOT give you an STD.
"Any idea what kind of infection would cause trace amounts of blood and protein in the urine?" You should talk to your doc about any serious infection if it is still there.
Thank you
