Protected Vaginal sex

I had Protected Vaginal sex with the Non-Professional massage lady for 15 seconds.

Is their any risk in this for hiv ?

Protected vaginal sex with anyone, professional or non professional is NO RISK for HIV. The only risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal sex (no condom) or sharing IV drug needles for injections.  You had no risk for HIV at all.
