Hello Dr.  This is going to sound like a really dumb question, but I just want to make sure I am safe. I am male white 30yo living in the San Diago area.  I stop to get a massage yesterday.  Well it was a happy ending massage place, hand job only.  I had my eyes closed and when I opened them I noticed she had my penis between here breast, I told her to stop, and she continued with the hand job.  does this carry anyrisk of HIV.  The female is in her 40, Asia decent.   What do you think?  I am also married stright male, slight hypocondriac.  Thank you Much Sir......

Welcome to the forum.

There was absolutely no risk of HIV or any other STD from this event.  The skin of the breasts is no different than the hand, back, arm, or any other body part:  it cannot be a sourcr of HIV or STDs.  And statistically, it is very unlikely your masseuse has HIV anyway -- probably under 1 chance in 1,000.  Heterosexually transmitted HIV remains rare in San Diego (and the western half of the US in general).

You do not need to worry, do not need testing, and can safely continue unprotected sex with your wife.
