Barber used uncleaned razor and used blade

Hi
I recently took haircut and barber used razor to remove hair from backside of neck and sides of hair line.
I realised that he didn't changed the blade or cleaned the razor.
Please help me to knkw the risk of HIV from above scenario.
Read few other questions and mentioned that HIV will become inactive this means is there a change that it becomes active later?
Please explain me as clear as possible.

Hi, no.  HIV is not active once it is exposed to air so a razor whether cleaned or not is not a risk for HIV transmission.  We wish you the best and are closing this thread.

It can't reactivate so you have zero exposure. Time to go back to your happy life.
