Masturbated myself with some vaginal fluid leftover after fingering prostitute

I came into a risky situation 10 days ago. I was travelling for work in Europe, I went to a club where I engaged with a sex worker. I touched her vagina only from outside, I did not put my finger inside. Then with the same hand I masturbated my penis. I panicked about this and went to a doctor in the city I was in and took PEP within 15 hours and have been taking it for 9 days now.  I want to check with you:
1.  Considering the prostitute might be HIV+, If the there risk from the exposure I described above is : low, negligible, theoretical, zero ?
2.  Should I stop PEP ?
3. Can I have unprotected sex with my wife ?
4. Would a RNA + 4th Gen antigen and antibody test after 4 weeeks be conclusive ? even though I'm on PEP ?

What you describe is not a risk for HIV. The only risks for HIV are to have had unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles.  So, you never ever should have started pep. Unwarranted, unnecessary. Risk level is zero. Yes, you can have sex with your wife. All tests, any time you take them would be negative if you never had a risk (as in you couldn't have gotten hiv).

Air and saliva both inactivate the virus. fingering, touching her vagina and then your penis will NOT transmit the virus.

Thank you so much for your answer GuitarRox.  You guys are doing a great job. Thanks for dealing with us anxious idiots. :) Now that I've taken PEP, would a test(PCR RNA and 4th gen Duo) at 4 weeeks be fully conclusive ? Just to put my wild thoughts to rest.
That's an odd idea, testing for something you didn't have any exposure to. hiv fixation is a bit of a mental health issue and should be addressed, instead of wasting 4 weeks in agony(or as many weeks as you spend waiting to order a placebo test).
See a therapist instead of continuing to waste your time fixating on the impossible idea that hiv can be inside your body.
Thanks for your answer @AnxiousNoMore. I was doubtful because one of the doctors I consulted asked me to stop PEP but was beating around the bush when it came to calling out the situation as a zero risk. I don't understand why.
1. But from your answers it's pretty evident that I should just stop PEP right away, is that right?
2. Just to double check that I can have UNPROTECTED sex with my wife and be close to my 6 month old baby without the fear of passing on any STD ?
3.And  I see that some questions here in the forum have been answered by doctors, Is there a way I could consult a doctor here ?
Docs left years ago. Your other questions are never-ending repeats.

hiv prevention is straightforward since the science is 40 years old.
