Medications and HIV Testing

Does the following  Medicines affects the HIV testing, delays the production of antibodies or lengthens the window period beyond 3 months ?

1. Novartis Voltaren 50

2. Telfast

if you had a 13 week negative test result...it's time for you to move on!

So, doesn't matter I took those medications during the 3 months window period and tested Negative at week 13 (91 days), still it will be Conclusive? Can it be a false Negative?
