Menstrual blood and wound on shaft

Had protected intercourse (penetration) and found out my partner had her period. All was soaked in blood and my genitals were covered with her menstrual blood. The condom was totally intact and was checked afterwards. I saw afterwards that I had two spots on my shaft where the surface of the skin was damaged due to possible scratching or caused during intercourse. These spots were not covered by the condom. For sure blood has covered these spots. I am pretty sure she is not infected but have no guarantee. Can this be a route to be infected by HIV? Thank you for your assessement.

As you were advised you never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

Thank you Vance. I am sorry for the posts I have done here. But just to conclude: as I have described my case here I did not have a risk (neither via the damaged skin, neither via water with possibly blood in my uretris). Your assessment is that I am not in risk and dont have to worry?

I will not bother with more questions. But the answer on this one is very appreciated.

I really appreciate the great work you all are doing.

I am sorry to come here again. The case I have described is in my head all the time. Thank you guys for your comments. Please can you reply on one more question concerning what I described. As I said, all was covered by menstrual blood. Penetration was for quite long because it was dark.Condom was intact. Two spots were slightly damaged on my shaft which were not covered but also soaked in blood I may assume. After carefully removing the condom I have rinsed all with water, directly after romoving the condom and after some minutes after the sex. Is HIV, if its there still active and is there a chance that it is infectious when it comes in the uretra while rinsing with water? Is that a rsiky situation? I really appreciate you comment on that. Please. Thank you all. .

Nursegirl, after comments of Vance and Joggen which were highly appreciated, could you also refect on this? I saw an earlier comment of you regarding such an issue. Thank you so much and yor comment is very apreciated. My question was:

You would need a big gash for there to be any risk. You wouldn't be having sex, it would be too painful, and you would be in the emergency room having your penis stitched up.

Thank you for your reply Joggen and also Vance. Just one last question when I may. The wound was that damaged that the surface was a bit wet because of body fluid that came out. It was not realy bleeding. Does then still the same assessment count of no risk while the exposure with her blood on these wounds were not covered by the condom?
