Do tattoo posses risk of HIV infection?

I got tattoo 10 months ago. The shop is not quite big but in a city mall and was suggested to me by my friends who happened to get inked from there before. The artist used 3 different type of needles out of which I saw him changing the last two needles and i forgot to see him changing the first needle .Before the start of procedure I asked him that did he change the needle to which he replied yes.Now my concern is what if he forgot to change the needle. Also there were 2 other customers getting inked at that time.what are my chances of getting infected in any worst case scenario?

No, that is not a risk for HIV.  The only risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Sharing IV drug needles is different than a tattoo needle as it has the plunger, right?  A tattoo needle is exposed to air at the end.  Air inactivates the virus.  People do not get HIV from tattoo parlors.  So, this is not a risk at all.
