First, I would like to thank everyone ahead of time for their comments and help.
I am 31 yr old male. I have been married for two years now. I was recently hanging out with some old high school friends and someone had heard that a woman that I was sexually involved with at that time (for one night only) had gone and been tested for possibly HIV. This was just over 12 years ago. To explain my encounter, it was a quick moment of unprotected vaginal sex. Literally, it was about 5-6 thrusts and I pulled out. Again, this was unprotected. I never did think of anything after that time. I did get sick, flu/cold about a month later. I went to the doctor and got meds for it. Then about another month or so, I did get a rash on my body. It started on my wrists and slowly spread to my arms, chest, face and entire body. I went to see the doctor and he didnt think it was much of anything. The rash was not itchy, they were flat, red spots, very small, like pen dots. When you press on them with your finger, they would flush away and come back, when you depress your finger. I think I was prescribed something, but not sure, again, this was 12 years ago. The rash cleared on it's own after 2 or 3 days. I did have some night sweats as well. Also, after this time, I started developing slight heart palpitations, which I still experience today, but maybe once every month or so. As far as that, in a span of 12 years, I haven't had issues, but now, in the back of my mind, I am very concerned and I wanted to get everyone's feedback. Thank you.
