My bud doesn't know his status! Concerned

Hi there:

I just found out that a guy I casually have sex with hasnt been tested in a while (last test was 6 months ago and used a home test about 3 months ago but I dont trust those) and the other guy got test 3 months ago but has played unsafely with two other guys since then. All of our encounters I did wear a condom and to my knowledge they did not break (or I feel that I would have noticed it or felt it when it broke). I usually take it off slowly and look for tears after I insert into him. I test neg back in May and have had only these two partners where insertive sex was involved. I used condoms (one guy having insertive sex for about 40 mins and the other only about 10 mins) for both occasions. Since I have used condoms am I still neg and safe? Should I get tested since these guys went a while without testing or have played unsafely since getting tested?

Please advise. Thank you community!

J

I am in a serodiscordant relationship and use condoms all the times no exceptions. Safer sex is not just for me is for everybody there are other STD's out there there specially if you don't know your sex partners status.

If you had protected anal sex with an HIV positive person you never had an exposure. That's what condoms are for.

so regardless if they are/were positive while I had insertive sex with them, I will still be neg?

If you are using condoms then you don't have a risk.
