My condom broke with csw, help!

I had sex with a prostitute 11 days ago, and my condom broke and she was having a period and she stick a cotten inside her after socking it in water, afterwards I freaked out and she told me if I have anything she would kill me and she told she had a breast enlargement surgery 3 months ago and she tested ok for std, and told me she would use cleaning products on me and she did, she sat with me for tow hours and told me she was clean and she don't want to live with the pain, she was 24 years old from Ukraine, now moving to today I have experience sore throat and muscle pain after I moved a dxracer chair upstairs, my palms are red and I don't have any enlarge lymph nodes yet. I'm not sure whether to believe her or not and I'm freaking out and I'm depressed and I eat pills for anixity every day, I know I have to get tested after 3 months but until that time when should I experience ARS symptoms and I forgot to mention that I have a white dot at the back of my throat not painful and not surrounded by redness just a white patch, please advise me. She told me she got tested before doing thr surgery, and I got tested three months ago and was negative, she was confident of her results but my back is now killing me and my right armpit is hurting me *maybe because I keep touching it looking for lymph nodes* after 12 days new bumbs shown inside my inner down lip. I'm freaking out about that

well if she tested three months ago that gives us an idea that she is concerned about her health. I honestly think you are good however if wont hurt to get tested at 4 weeks. I know this wait and anxiety kills but have faith and stop looking for swollen lymph nodes. This is a flue season and you will relate everything to HIV so dont worry.  I am sure you will be ok and once you get your negative results dont forget to throw a good party and inviting us all in :)

The bottom line is the condom broke and you need to test.
Take a 4th generation DUO test at 28 days post the exposure. This test will give you a good indication of your status but will not be conclusive. Test again at 12 weeks for a confirmatory result.

Symptoms are NEVER used to diagnose HIV.  

You should also be tested for STD's.

Thank you for replying, I will get tested not sure to believe her story but she was so censured with my feeling she was sitting right beside me and telling me she was ok, and never to bother too much she even cracked jokes which I was laughing while crying.
