My glands were swollen

I am a 29 years old male, and I have had about 5 casual unprotected vaginal sex with multiple people about 9 years ago. (Everytime I had a condom on at the beginning but was taken off later on) I don't remember I have any of the acute symptoms other then a flu during that time. However, I have caught chlymedia and took antibiotics

Lately I have noticed both my glands under my ear and behind my jaw has been swollen (I think it is my parotid gland), it does not hurt and it doesn't seems to be red, it really bothers me but I noticed if I don't think about it much it seems to be not as swollen , it will be different sizes through out the day (shrinking down and going back up to its size), there was a couple nights that I consumed alcohol and the during that time the swell actually got alot better and I can't feel it much the day after too, but it came back to how it was after 2 days

as for the other symptoms, I have caught a cold a couple nights ago and have a short fever, I do have night sweat but not soaking.

I am a smoker so I have dry cough for many years

I have no or rashes or anything in my mouth or genital.

as for weight loss I am around the same 144 - 145, I weigh myself earlier was lighter by 1 lbs but I have not eat anything today yet.

I am still preparing myself to go and do a test.

but right now from what I have read on the parotid swelling is driving me crazy and I am stressing alot

So I just went for a rapid blood test yesterday and was test negative , and my unprotected sex was long time ago so I guess I can take the result as conclusive

I was so relief the moment the nurse told me I was fine and I am negative

Your symptoms can be caused by hundreds of things, it doesnt have to be HIV, take the test.
