Nail cat?

Hello, I was at work for 21 days and I work with 03 other people, one of these people is a man known to be HIV positive, he doesn't hide it from people but at the same time he doesn't hide that it's not correct with the medicines.

So, on this day a stray cat was inside the work, he always goes there because we put water and food for stray animals, he was playing and scratched this fellow serum + so that his leg bled, the blood ran slowly but it was visible our colleague complained and we laughed at the situation quickly, here comes the annoying part in less than 10 seconds for an oversight and why did it not cross my mind the same cat with the same paw scratches me equally, at the moment I I didn't even think about anything else, it gave me a risk that drew little blood...

Today after 03 weeks I developed a sore throat and a small and very mild flu and that's why I started thinking about this situation.

Was this a real risk? Could I be experiencing an ARS? How to evaluate this? seems to be very possible

Sorry bad english

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (cat nails, fluids, blood, etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are only 3 ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
His status is irrelevant when you have no exposure.
Your flu-like symptoms can be strep throat, flu, Covid etc, although you list them as mild so perhaps it is just in your imagination from fear.

Thanks. I believe in your knowledge. I was extremely worried because I was with these symptoms, but I believe it must be something else and I also have a wife and a daughter who is breastfed, I was afraid of putting them at risk.

I will go on with my happy life.

It might "seem to be very possible" but it isn't. If possible then we would all have it by now from blood from other people's cuts because everyone gets cut a lot each year.
