Need Dr.H.H.H. advice..thank you.

To Dear Doctor H.H.H.

Hi, doctor, I am from Malaysia. Sorry for my english. I had received unprotected oral sex (insertive oral sex) from a masseur on 28th November 08. The oral sex last about 10 mins plus and I took out my penis and ejaculate by her hand masturbating. By the time of receiving oral sex , I had also put my fingers(left hand fingers and then right hand fingers also) and rub into her vagina. this is the only exposure i had within these few months.

After 1 week, I had a terrible experience of toothache, headache and muscle pain, especially my neck and face( I guess this is because of toohache but not sure is this one of the symptoms.) The sickness gone after 1 week plus after I had taken drug given by doctor.  I started to have a sleepless night.

But after that, still feeling like heat in my body and sweating heavily.

I was having cough and flu before the exposure and the cough only get well 1 week ago. ( for 50 days)

After 25 days of the exposure, I had a very little rash(not more than 10 places come out with a small thing like mosquito bite a day) on my feet and arms and body. The rash was itching. Although I was feeling itchy on my body when I feel hot and tire sometimes, but the rash is very limited (not more than 10 rash a day) and after 1 day, the rush was completely disappear without scar if i dun scratch. This sickness with me for 36 days until now((from 23rd December).  That's means the exposure up to today is already 61 days.

By the time, I had went through several rapid test(blood) in hospital and hiv testing centre (15 mins can get the result.) :
(all the test is gone through by blood rapid test kit)

33 days after exposure - result - negative ( not sure which generation but the test kit only can detect IGG)

36 days after exposure - result - negative ( 3rd generation Elisa (SD BIO HIV 1/2 3.0 blood rapid test kit from korea, can detect igm and igg)

42 days after exposure - result - negative ( not sure which generation but the test kit only can detect IGG)

50 days after exposure - result - negative ( 3rd generation Elisa (SD BIO HIV 1/2 3.0 blood rapid test kit from korea, can detect igm and igg)

56 days after exposure - result - negative ( not sure which generation but the test kit only can detect IGG)

window period in malaysia still follow 3 to 6 months and it is terrifying for me to wait for the next test.
1) When i heard Dear Dr.H.H.H. talking about 6 weeks window period but I dun know is this same apply to Malaysian?
is the test kit influence window period result?

I am thinking of forget about this but still worrying when my body start itchy.

2) I heard the hiv symptoms won't take longer than 2 weeks, is it truth?

3) dun know after fingering into her vagina the fluid drip on my penis or not? if yes, can infected HIV?

4) is toothache one of the hiv symptoms?

5) is all my sickness relevant to hiv or std? ( but my penis and other private part NOT itchy and NOT rash at all)

6) Do I need to go futher test?

7) could i be considered as HIV 100% negative?

Thank you.

God bless you.

you were NEVER at risk from receiving oral sex.  you did NOT need all the testing you have done...and NO...you do NOT need further testing.

all the latest studies show that hiv is NOT transmitted through oral sex.  in the history of hiv...there has never been a documented case of someone contracting hiv in this manner...and believe me...you're NOT going to be the first to do so.

fingering a woman is not a risk either...regardless of any vaginal fluid present.

take this information and run with it.  YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV FROM THE SITUATION THAT YOU HAVE DESCRIBED ABOVE.  PERIOD !  END OF STORY ! ! !

Six weeks is never conclusive and quit advising people that it is.

dr hhh is not in here please go "Ask a Doctor" Forums to find your answer.

in my opinion, 6 weeks is almost conclusive if you are tested by 3th generation hiv test or 4th

receiving oral sex is not a risk
