Need I worry about this exposure? Please help

Dear Doctor,
I am working in Abu Dhabi. Today I chose Chinese snack as my lunch. I found when preparing my lunch, the Filipino servant was always touching his nose, maybe because he caught a cold. And I saw he touched my bowls using his hand stained with his snot, spittle and sweat. As I had to return to office quickly, I had this food. And then I remembered there were  two wounds in my mouth because of oral ulcers, and they were open. Therefore, I become very worried about this exposure, I am not sure HIV can be infected via snot, spittle and sweat or not.
Am I at risk?

Just a myth. No it is not possible to be infected in that manner with HIV.

Thanks for your explanation.
From your viewpoint, HIV can not reproduce and keep infectious outside living host, am I right? But there is a rumor in China. It is said that some HIV takers want to take revenge on the public so they hide the needle stained with their blood in bus or taxi in order to make another get HIV. What do you think about the rumor? Is it possible to infect HIV like this?

It was explained to you.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

NOT a risk for HIV in any way shape or form.

You shouldn't be worried at all as HIV is most definitely not transmitted that way.

On a side note...you might want to bring your own snacks. The establishment you describe seems a tad unsanitary, but no concern for HIV.
