I think I might have hiv freaking out

I'll explain a bit.
I had a risky encounter with a sex worker exactly 6 and a half weeks ago. And I just got married  last Saturday, why was I with a sex worker? I don't know cause I got messed up and panicked about the wedding and had poor substance intake choices that always lead to terrible decisions, anyway on to the problem, I used a condom for anal sex and was the only penetration, I recieved oral and while I did inserted a finger into both available locations, looking back on it now I do psychical work with my hands and my cuticles are always torn up, there was no blood or open cuts but they are always kind of inflamed, I panicked about hiv initially but then calmed down as I had no symptoms by the 4th week and tested negative with the oraquick swab test at 4 weeks, at exactly 6 weeks to the day I noticed a light red rash on both sides of my torso that lasted for 2 days and then followed by mild sore throat and mild fever which I still have, and now I have a mild rash on both forearms but still tested negative yesterday with another oraquick swab at the 6.5 week mark, I just feel like there is something wrong though, I know it, mild rash sore throat and fever at the six week mark together, I know that is late for ars symptoms but if that is what they are and I keep testing negative then maybe my body just is going through the seroconversion later than usual and is also why I've repeatedly tested negative at 4 5 and 6 weeks, I just can't shake the feeling that I've destroyed my and my new wives life, I made s terrible mistake and I just hate myself and regret it more than anything in my life and I don't know what to do or who to talk to and I'm loosing it, someone please help me I'm so so scared

You'll be fine. By all means please feel free to post your negative result here when you get your test done.

Move along is kind of a harsh phrase for someone panicking about the trajectory or their life, but again, thank you and I truly hope you're right, I'll let this post know the results when they come in

I'm not answering your what if questions. You had no risk and arguing about it won't change that fact. You can either believe it or not but your non risk has been fully assessed and it's time for you to move along.

What if there was a hole or tear in the tip of the condom and I didn't know? Jesus I know this sounds crazy and paranoid even as I write it but I can't help thinking or feeling this way, I'm literally going crazy, and every morning for the last 6 days I've had a low fever like 99-99.5 until I take Tylenol  which makes me even more nervous iuuugh

It's not minimal, it's non existent. So go ahead and test if that's what will make you feel better but you were never exposed in the first place so there will be nothing for the test to be looking for.

I know chance of exposure was minimal, but crazy things happen sometimes, I can't think of any other way to explain a rash/fever combo at the 6 week mark:/ again I hope you're all right and I'll post the results when I get them

You had no risk from what you've described. No risk means no exposure which means nothing to test for. I suggest you stop worrying and find something else to occupy your time. Go binge watch Archer on Netflix instead because it's hilarious and I guarantee it will take your mind off of your NO RISK situation.

lets hope fore best. i'm in similar situation with high risk and more symptoms
I agree that 4th gen would be almost conclusive at 4 week for 95% of the people based on cdc guideline. If you get good news, for sake of it get it at 12 week mark as well......

It's not the condom I'm concerned about, it's the finger in the anus part, I just feel 100% sure that somehow through my cuticles I acquired hiv, are you all sure it's not possible that way?

The only way you can acquire HIV is by unproteced  vaginal/anal sex, sharing needles, or from mother to child.

You had no risk for HIV. You may be exposed to HIV if you:
1) Have unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Share IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

That's it.  Anything else you can think of is not a risk, including fingering with inflamed cuticles or cuts or anything.
