Need doctor's advice regarding hiv

I had a risky encounter 51 days ago, when condom got teared during anal sex, i was the insertive partner. After few week i developed a single rash on my chest. Since then i had been developing 1 or 2 rash frequently..but the next rash appears only when the previous one has subsided. Over 51 days rash appeared on my chest back, leg , thigh, forhead , hand. I had diarrhoea for 2 days at 49th and 50th day. Also i have tested negative at 43 rd day on hiv 4th gen. Ag ab combo test. I am under extreme stress.. please help.

So, all you needed to really say was that you tested negative with a 4th gen combo test at 43 days.  Your negative test result is conclusive and you do not have HIV.  I'm sorry you are having rashes and diarrhea but they are not related to HIV in any way.  You can move on from fear of HIV, you don't have it.
