Needle Prick?

I was coming in a bus and when i came home i checked by butt after 14 hours and i
found a pn prick like thing. I held it and presses. a drop of blood oozed out.
I checked before i leave my place previous day and found none in that place.
but when i checked after travelling i found it. Its been 4 days and i am feeling
kid of sick and headache body pain.

I dont know if the person sitting behind me did that in bus. I was talking in phone
all the way and did not feel any procking sensation.

1.Can the mark bleed after 14 hours of procking it by someone?
2. Today 4th day i am still having that mark looks red point in the center. Can that be there for 4 days?
3, I checked my underwear and did not see any blood stains. When somebody injects some bllod what are
the likelyhood of underwear get marked with someblood?
4. If somebody injects you something, does it really pain that you will come to know it right away in whatever situation you are? I was not sleeping and all awake at that time.
4. An imp question. How deep the needle should go inside fat skin to reach bllod stream. Atleast 2 cm? or just a
surface skin break is enough?

Your thought processes are seriously irrational, and if you're frequently checking yourself for pin prick marks, your anxiety is at crisis level.

You would NOT miss being jabbed with a needle, phone or not.  Haven't you ever had a shot?  It hurts like hell, especially through clothing!  You need to get help, there's nothing else we can tell you.

i just need one last information. When needle is inserted into muscle, how deep it has to Get In to inject something into blood stream. And also if the needle is not inserted fully i mean the cone shape in the front, and plunger is pushed then blood will spill out right?
I'm not a medical person so i'm just asking.
