Needle stick and hiv risk

Hi, I went through a lot of posts here about needle stick and hiv risk and most of the answers I found here are that the needle must be stick to the veins and injections must also happen for someone to be at risk. However I also found on google that although not many there are cases of healthcare workers got infected by needle stick? If needle stick do not pose risk then why would there be healthcare works getting infected this way.

I recently accidentally got stick by needle so I am worry please help

Thanks

Unless someone deliberately injected you with a hollow-bore needle that has a syringe, you didn't have a risk for HIV.  An accidental prick by a needle is not going to transmit HIV.  HIV has to enter your bloodstream, and that is not easy unless a needle is jabbed directly into your vein.

"hiv risk and most of the answers I found here are that the needle must be stick " That's incorrect. All advice here says that. It is not controversial so all not most advice here is the same. Try to relax because you couldn't get hiv from the stick.
