Night Sweats?

Hi ive been going through really bad anxiety regarding a low risk encounter (oral, fellatio...giver). I get my results monday but im really stressing about ARS symptoms. I had a 99.2 temp briefly (fluctuated b/w 98.6-99.2) which I was told in anxiety forum isnt a fever) for two days a week ago...but that was it as far as ”higher temp” and last night I woke up drenched in sweat..however, no fever...and when I got.to the doc office this a.m my temp was 86.1...my question are
1) in ARS  would it be possible to have night sweats with no fever at the time? I also.have a slight.sore throat.
2) would ars symptoms come one at a time, or usually all at once
3) how unsafe is oral with a mouth ulcer...doc said it was possible n that freaked me out
4) how do u become an HIV/AIDS advocate? This while ordeal had made me very sympathetic for those infected; ive read so many stories of strong surviviors, and I want to help either way it goes(specifically kids)
Thank u and sorry if I seem crazy, just so scared!
