Nobody finds anything, I am desesperate

I had unprotected sex with 3 different partners in the last 7 months. However, the last intercourse was 4 months ago! Since the last exposure I developed a sore throat! I have been tested for antibodies twice the first one 11 weeks post exposure the last one 15 weeks post exposure got a negative result. I have been taking antibiotics and pain medications, they do not make it any better! I have swollen tonsils and under the chin swollen lymphnodes I feel my neck swollen and also my armpits hurt and my hands burn! I have been to the Ear,nose and throat specialist and he prescribed omeprazole I took it for almost two months and it did not make my throat any better. I just got tested for monocleosis and strep also negative! I have a coldsore in my lip and I also night sweat! My CBC was higher than previous tests my WBC were higher than normal with a 11.2 when the normal is 10.8. I cannot stop thinking that I am infected with HIV and I am just developing those antibodies and that could be the reason of my high WBC!

Your symptoms are indicative of a wide range of conditions, including sinusitis. The antibiotics may not be working for a very simple reason - you have a viral infection. What you do not have is HIV. Incidentally a raised WBC is perfectly normal if you have an infection. I'm afraid it is not in the scope of this forum to diagnose you but I can say categorically based on what you have said you do not have HIV

Your test is conclusive, you don't have HIV.
