Non-Reactive what does it mean

I received my HIV 1&2 ELISA tests after 13 weeks of exposure and teh results was Non-Reactive.
what does it mean ?
and shall i retake the tests again?

It means you've tested negative for HIV.

The test result of Anti HCV is Non Reactive Grayzone.
patient count: 0.395
cut off value: 0.415
20%

the other test shows : 0.08 nonreactive by CMIA

I want to know whts the meaning of this ?

Negative...conclusive. You don't have HIV.
