Not planning to get tested. Do u agree?

It's been 6 weeks since my exposure.

Protected vaginal sex  w/ an escort for 1 min.
Protected oral sex for 1 min.
Light kissing.

No symptoms or anything except a couple of rashes in my arms but i think it's acne because i have a lot of em in my upper arms. I'm not planning to get tested. Do you agree?

You an absolutely move on. You had no risk to begin with, so your test is just confirming what was already obvious: your HIV negative status. I really encourage you to move on from this incident right now, and not think about it again. As long as you use protection and it works properly, you don't have to concern yourself with HIV worries. I've been in your shoes (worrying about a no risk situation) and it's just time-wasting. All the best :)
