Not sure if there was any chance of exposure or not.

A few weeks ago me and one of my buddies started screwing around and we ended up having sex. We used a condom for anal but neither of us used one for oral before. He also didn't ejaculate in the condom. He pulled out, I gave oral again for a little while and then he ejaculated on my chest.

The next morning we did it again, pretty much the same scenario only this time he just finished by masturbating in his hand. We also used lube both times to make it easier.

If he has HIV is there any chance I have it now or should stop worrying and not bother to get tested in 3 months? Not sure if the virus can pass through the condom or if it can pass through and small un noticed cuts that were on my chest or in my mouth.

Yes, your encounter was risk free. You should just forget about this and move on with your life.

It didn't appear to have any breaks, so I'm risk free then?

What you describe does not qualify as an exposure.
