Nude body massage and hand job

Dear Doctor,

I need your help & advice in assessing my situation, based on a recent incident that I have elaborated below. I am writing in a bit detail so you would get a clear idea. I am originally from India and currently in the US (Bay Area) since last 1 year. As a history, I was diagnosed having OCD some 10 years back and have been consulting a psychiatrist who had put me on fluoxetine on and off. However, I had stopped the medication since I came to US (for more than a year).

Incident: About 4 months back from now (30th March), I had been to an Asian (chinese) massage parlor. The masseuse (female) asked me to remove all the clothes and lie down nude on the massage table, and told me she would be back in 10 mins. I was a bit shy initially, but did so after giving in to the temptation. After about 10 mins, she returned to the room (which was dimly lit) and asked me to lie down on my torso. She then used some massage lotion (from a pump container), and then started massaging my back. As far as I remember, I did not have any wounds or rashes on my back (there could have been one or two small pimples that I don't pay much attention). In between, she used to rub my butt and anal area (with both hands, may be 2 or 3 times, a little more than a normal massage touching the hole), without inserting her finger. At times, she also touched my penis while doing the massage. She then asked me to turn over so she could give a hand job. Immediately after that, I ejaculated. As far as I remember, she had hardly touched my penis. She then pulled some paper napkins and cleaned the penis quickly. Then, she took a towel (I guess from the towel warmer - it looked like a microwave) and cleaned my penis with the towel. The towel was warm. She then asked me to lie down again so she could continue with the massage as I had paid for 30 mins. I refused and left the place feeling a bit embarrassed with whatever had happened. The whole incident lasted for just about 10 mins (max. 15 mins) and the masseuse was fully clothed. I only had touched her breast once (with her clothes on). Worst part is, I did not notice or check if she had any cuts / wounds on her hands.

After 2 weeks of this incident, I have been having the below issues -

Symptoms:
10 days after the incident, my daughter ran into high fever for two weeks (she is 2 years old and many a times eats the food along with me - from my plate / spoon while I am having my food). This made me very nervous and started having some sleep less nights. I called up my psychiatrist doctor (who is in India) and told him about the incident. He told me not to worry about it and asked me to start with the fluoxetine (prozac - 20 mg / day) medication.
20th April - i.e, after 10 days of taking the medication, I got a soar throat, sweating feet, mild ear ache, headache and high fever (101 F) for about one day. I rushed to the urgent care and doctor said he could see some infection in the ear (probably some thing that I could have caught from my daughter) and put me on Amoxicilin & Tylenol. After the first dose of Amoxicilin and Tylenol, my fever & headache went away. However, my soar throat continued on and off for about 2 months. I thought, this could be because of prozac which I have experienced in the past. I still had some constant thoughts about the incident and mild night sweats, so my psychiatrist doctor suggested me to start with clonazepam in the night to relieve anxiety (very mild dose - 0.25 mg). Next day after lunch, I experienced a sharp stomach pain on the left side. This was after 30 days of incident (and after 10 days of taking Amoxicilin). I experienced severe stomach upset for the next 1 week (with frequent urge to urinate and diarrhea). My feet also started becoming warm (especially during the nights and after dinner). I also had on & off pain in my ribs, under arm and stomach cramps. Thinking these could have been due to clonazepam, I stopped clonazepam after 4 days. The symptoms still persisted. I also lost about 4 kgs in one month. I went to a local doctor who prescribed Omeprazol (to reduce acidity). After taking those, i felt better for a few days and started with clonazepam again every night. I still used to have soar throat (probably because of prozac which i was continuing) and hot feet during night daily. After about 7 weeks (24th May), I went to Yosemite for 2 days. I was wearing a new pair of socks (a bit tight) and started experiencing hot & sweaty feet (My hands and feet sweat a lot especially while I am on prozac). After returning back, the next day, while taking bath, I noticed the lymph node on my left leg swollen. I also had a swollen eye lid with pain and swelling in the right thigh. Not sure if that was because of the tight socks that I was wearing previous day and due to the long drive. However, since I had never seen a lymph node swelling in my life previously, I started worrying more. My doctor then asked me to increase the dosage of prozac to 40 mg a day, and stop clonazepam.

After about 10 weeks of the incident (24th June), I suddenly had a rash (2 rashes about 1 cm diameter on my chest / heart region, 4 - 5 pink pimples like on my stomach near the button and 2 on my back). They were itching a bit initially. I went to the local doctor and he mentioned it could be folliculitis and asked me to come back if it persisted for more than 2 weeks.

I had also started with a multivitamin tablet (once a day). The next week, I noticed 3 purple dots on my inner elbow (next to the vein) which lasted for about 2 days. This made me panic, as I had never experienced these in my life before. While i started googling on this, i saw this could also be a symptom of hiv. Since then, I am in panic and hardly able to focus on my work and personal life. Now, even after 4 months, I am experiencing the burning sensation in my hands (wrists) and feet. During mornings, I usually feel them cold and frozen. And during the nights (before going to bed), they are burning hot.

I have not had sex with my wife since the incident and have already confessed about it with her. I have a beautiful daughter (2 years old) and a loving wife. I have promised myself that I will never ever indulge in such adventures again in my life. Sorry, for writing a very long story. I am very scared to get tested and googling with this symptoms on the internet is making me more nervous and scared. My doctor says, everything I am experiencing is due to the OCD and there is no need to get tested also. However, since I have never had these many issues previously (while i was on the prozac earlier), However, since he is not an expert in STD, I want to take a second opinion from doctors in this form. I am becoming restless day by day. Given the background on the exposure I had and the symptoms over last 4 months, I request you to let me know your opinion on my situation. I am really scared to get tested and like to know if you see any risk in the exposure that I had, for any kind of STDs.

Again, I apologize for the long story, but wanted to give you a clear picture so that I don't bother you with these details later. Also, Thank you for your patience and time. Looking forward for an early response.

Thanks for the quick response. Not sure if you have read all the symptoms posted (swollen lymph node, severe diarrhea & stomach upset for a week, weight loss of about 3 to 4 kgs in one month, rash, burning hands and feet, etc.,). These make me really worried. I still experience burning hands and feet almost all the day (I am either sweating in my hands/feet, or they are freezing cold or burning hot through out the day). So, please review and confirm. Thanks a lot for your response.
