OMG Please Help me!! HIV??

About 15 days ago I was in vacation in Japan and had unprotected sex with a lady while I was drunk.  She later told me that she used to be addicted to heroin, which freaked me out! (high risk)

Now, I have a friend who is in the medical field, and I was scared, and they basically gave me the "rape kit".  I took some pills, got a shot in the butt, and got a 7 day prescription of doxycycline (the standard cure meds for the clap, etc).  I hoped that would take care of anything, if I had something.

I've had outrageous diarrehia for like 5 days.  It was so bad that I developed a rash on my butt and a hemmeroid.  Now, it seems the diarrehia is gone, but now for the last 2 days my groin lymph nodes have been painful, and I think swollen.

I have no other symptoms (no fever, etc).  Do I have HIV?  What is the risk of one time unprotected sex of getting it?  I am so scared I'm damn near suicidal here!  Please help!

Get tested like what lizzie said. But to comfort you a little as far as statistics is concerned japan has low prevalence of hiv cases.

do you have hiv?  the ONLY way to know if someone has hiv is by testing.

a test 6-8 weeks post exposure will give you a good indication of your status...but follow up at 3 months for a conclusive result.
