ORAL SEX

Dear Sir
I have an unprotected oralsex with a lady. Both of us performed oral sex with each other. After that i became worried about HIV. I have gone through HIV RNA REAL TIME PCR QUANTITATIVE TEST after 11 days of exposure. It comes out negative. After 29 days of exposure I gone through Combo test HIV 1,2 and p24 CMIA TEST. IT also comes negative. Now after 39 days of exposure i underwent same test CMIA . IT again comes negative. Is it conclusive as it detects both antibodies and p24.

Kindly advise me as I am very much worried.

Hello,
Oral sex is not considered as a risk of HIV transmission.
HIV can be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child.
Your negative result from the 4th generation test confirms that.
Take care
