Oral HIV infection, immediate symptoms

Hello! Does anyone in here had or know about "immediate" manifestations of oral hiv infection? Are there any patients who had experiances like small mouth growths the day after? i had two small (2 mm) lumps the day after below my front teeth on the inside, actualy i felt how they grow in one hour haha. it freaked me out very much. since then they stopped to grow and stayed there. i have other other non-specific symptoms 3 months later on. i am prety shure that i had exposure! thanks for any advice and coments!

No, HIV symptoms occur between 2-6 weeks after exposure.
