Am I being overly paranoid? At 10 weeks???

So I had a risk event that ended with me having Chlamydia (with another male).
And the usual paranoia and self diagnosing kicked in. Then I had a stomach bug that lasted a good 2-3 days after I had finished my treatment of Chlamydia.
I have taken 4 tests
Two ora quicks ( 5 and 9 weeks respectively) and both negative
I took a finger prick test today (10 weeks) and it came negative.
I have taken a blood test that I am waiting on results on.

I have only been with two men and both (from what I gather) do not have HIV.

One is a plasma donor and has checked himself as recently as March 14th due to the NAT testing all plasma donation centers do) (ps the risk event happened the 13th of March so I assume he had the Chlamydia for a while now) plus he got himself checked with a finger prick as early as March 3rd(and also donated that same week on the 7th) all negative

And the other had tested himself a year ago and has not been with another man since (negative and he recently as of this writing took an oral swab test which was also negative and he was at 82 days)(PTSD since it was non consensual)

So my question is that..am I being too paranoid? All my tests (and theirs) so far have come up negative.  And all of their tests done much within the allotted window (one doing it within the 7-22 day span of a NAT and the other within 82 days which is very close to the 90) or is there something to my paranoia?

The only 2 risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

You were never at risk for HIV from either of your events, and your negative tests prove that you did not get HIV.

Did you read my follow up comment? If so and if the answer is still the same then I thank you for your time
Since there are only 2 risks, hiv prevention is straightforward. Do not do any of those 2, then you can't have hiv.
Focusing on the 2 is easier than worrying about the thousands of other things that you can do then wondering if they can be a risk when there are only 2 that are a risk.

I should add that with male one (the Chlamydia infected) I only had oral (giving and receiving) and basically no penetration. By that I mean I was attempting to and may have once with a small portion of my tip but I had gone flaccid and could l not even attempt.
And male two was oral and frottage but nothing else".  I'm talking in regards to this. Please I need an answer that isn't cookie cutter I didn't have a risk. Something a bit more specific to put my mind at ease. As said in the previous quoted comment with the partner I was in him for about 10 seconds max (with just the tip) before I decided to put out and give up due to me being flaccid. I'm sorry but I am very anxious and I am going to seek help for it but I'd still like a more.specifc answer.
You have been fully answered, but your questions are endless despite there only being 2 risks. Just check the 2, then move on from hiv, instead of thinking there might be some new way of getting hiv that no one here ever thought of - hiv science is 4o years old and well proven so the best thing you can do is focus on that fact and stop worrying that there are other ways.
There are only 2. Your questions are endless because you refuse to accept that, so perhaps see your doc or a therapist for a one on one discussion, to help you deal with your anxiety.
My question was not just if I was at risk. I know what I did was risky (I've been told even putting the tip in is enough to get it). What I'm asking is are my 3 tests a good indicator of my status? (2 OraQuicks at 5 and 9 weeks and one finger prick at 10 all negative).
If you are determined to believe you had a risk, contrary to the advice of experts in the field and top members of our forums, there is nothing further we can offer.  As you were previously advised, your tests are conclusive as well.
