Oral sex - condom and without - lingering symptoms

Dear folks,

I apologize for asking a topic which has been talked many times in the forum, but i am forced to do so, due to my own personal anxiety and lingering symptoms.

In the last six months or so, I received oral sex at least 6 - 7 times with partners whose status is unknown.  In all these incidents,  I was fully covered with a condom.  But sometimes the oral sex was pretty rough (like gagging, biting on the condom, and lots of saliva).  In one instance,  after i removed the condom, one of the girls spit a couple of times, but i immediately wiped it off and cleaned with hot water.  I don't recall seeing any blood in the saliva though.

Six weeks after my last but one incident,  i came down with a low grade fever and cough for a couple of days and it subsided later.   Similarly, a month after my last encounter, i suddenly developed a bitter tongue with slight whitish appearance, and a rough feeling on the tongue surface, and this has been lingering for more than a week now.

I am really nervous about if i was at a risk any time for hiv or any other stds, and especially given what i went through above.

Please please advise if further testing required. I am really freaking out...

Appreciate your time

Regards, Roger.

Sorry, i forgot to mention that I also engaged in sucking nipples,  dry kissing on the lips a few times, and she licked my balls as well.
